Deep in Revisions

This will be a quick post. I’m deep into revisions for my 2013 release, which will be set in an orphan home in central Pennsylvania in 1910. I have to say, it is hard to make myself work in the summer! It should be better next week when college son starts his summer class and his coaching job. Right now, I so enjoy him being home that it is hard to lock myself in my office! But thankfully I’m learning how I work best, so I’m interspersing writing time with breaks to work on household projects. And I’m allowing myself to work more slowly through these revisions than I ever have before, because I love this story and want to tell it well.
