Thankful for Their Sacrifice

This Memorial Day, I think not only of those men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice to secure our freedoms, I also think of the physical symbols of remembrance of veterans that have recently been under attack in our country and the men and women fighting legal battles to defend these longstanding tributes honoring those who have gone before.
