My Most Pinned Pin on Pinterest

I pin all kinds of writerly and historical things to my various boards on Pinterest. And ideas and projects that strike my fancy. And quotes I like. And links to my blog posts. But I recently realized that my most re-pinned pin isn’t any of those things. It’s a pin that started out on my gargantuan board Looks Yummy, But Can I Make It, a collection of recipes that I may or may not ever attempt. But when I do try something from that board–and it turns out okay–I pin that pin to my Tested and Approved Recipes board. Confession: not many pins make it there. This one did.

So sometimes you just have to laugh, because “corn on the cob in the oven” is my most re-pinned pin. Take a look. (And yes, it did work. It was easy and awesome and my life is forever changed.)

I tried to find the original source for this pin, but couldn't. So if this is you, let me know and I'll link back to your site!

  1. “It is easy and awesome and my life is forever changed.” LOL that part made me giggle…also, being an Iowa girl, seeing anything corn-related as your most re-pinned pin made me smile!

    • I just think it’s pretty funny that my most popular pin–me, the girl who is terrible in the kitchen!–is a cooking pin! And I, too, love everything corn, even if I’m not from Iowa! 😉
